30-Day Fit & Quality Guarantee
We want you to love your shower upgrade. If your Green Derma product arrives damaged or defective, develops a fault, or does not fit your shower, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund. In these cases we arrange and pay for the collection.

Change of mind (unopened items)
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for any reason. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned for a change of mind (for example, if you simply prefer a different style or water feel). Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.

Not sure if it fits?
Our shower filters fit standard G1/2 shower hose connections. If you are unsure, message us before ordering and we will help you check.

Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can sort it out quickly.

How to request a return or replacement
Email us at greendermatech@greendermatech.com or message us through the chat on our website with your order number, the reason, and photos where relevant.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer. Processing times may vary by bank.
