Refunds & Returns
We want you to love your shower upgrade. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Returns
For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. Unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank.
