Cancellation policy

Green Derma Refill Subscription
This policy explains how our refill cartridge subscription works, how and when you are charged, and how to change or cancel it. It applies together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

1. What you get
A Green Derma ZMC refill cartridge 3-pack delivered automatically every 3 months or every 4 months (you choose the frequency when you subscribe and can change it later). Subscribers pay 20% less than the one-time price (currently AED 71.20 instead of AED 89.00 per 3-pack, VAT included). Delivery within the UAE is free.

2. Billing
Your first payment is taken at checkout and your first box ships right away. After that, your card is charged automatically on each renewal date, every 3 or 4 months counted from the day you subscribed, and a new box is shipped. You will be charged the subscription price shown at checkout (plus any applicable taxes) until you cancel. Subscriptions can only be paid by card; cash on delivery and Tabby are not available for subscription orders.

3. Reminders
We email you before each upcoming subscription order, so you have time to skip, change or cancel it.

4. Managing your subscription
Log in to your account on greendermauae.com with your email (we send you a one-time code) and open Manage Subscription. From there you can skip a delivery, pause, change the frequency, update your card or delivery address, or cancel. You can also email us and we will do it for you.

5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your next renewal date. Cancelling stops all future orders; orders that have already been charged or shipped are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Price changes
If the subscription price changes, we will notify you by email before the new price applies to your next order. You can cancel before then if you do not wish to continue.

7. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will notify you by email so you can update your card. Your box is shipped once the payment goes through.

8. Gifts and promotions
Subscriber gifts (such as a free scalp brush in the first box) are offered for limited periods, one per new subscription, while stocks last, and are shown on the website at the time you subscribe.
