SHIPPING POLICY (UAE)

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.

Fulfillment & processing time
Orders are fulfilled through our UAE fulfillment partner, Shorages. Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. If tracking is available, you’ll receive a follow-up email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Typical delivery estimates:

• Dubai: usually 1–2 business days
• Other Emirates: usually 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, high-demand periods, courier delays or incorrect delivery details.

Shipping fees
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

Incorrect address / failed delivery
Please make sure your delivery details are complete and correct. If a shipment is delayed, returned or requires re-delivery due to an incorrect address, missing information or failed delivery attempt, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Additional delivery charges may apply in some cases.

Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue.
