SHIPPING POLICY (UAE)
We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.
Shipping fees
Delivery is free to all seven emirates.
Fulfillment & processing time
Orders are fulfilled through our UAE fulfillment partner, Shorages, and are usually processed within 24โ48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Cash on delivery orders may be confirmed with you by phone or message before dispatch.
Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. If tracking is available, you'll receive a follow-up email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times
Delivery usually takes 1โ3 business days after dispatch:
- Dubai: usually 1โ2 business days
- Other emirates: usually 1โ3 business days
Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, high-demand periods, courier delays or incorrect delivery details.
Payment options
You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash on delivery.
Incorrect address / failed delivery
Please make sure your delivery details are complete and correct. If a shipment is delayed, returned or needs re-delivery because of an incorrect address, missing information or a failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply in some cases.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Damaged or defective items are covered by our 30-Day Fit & Quality Guarantee (see our refund policy).
